We usually reply within two working days. Questions, complaints, refund requests, privacy requests and “your chart says something wrong” all go to the same place.
If you think a calculation is wrong
Please tell us, and include the birth date, time and place. This is the most useful mail we can receive: everything astronomical here is computed rather than looked up, so a genuine error is a bug we can find and fix for everyone at once, not a matter of opinion.
Worth checking first: we use the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa and whole-sign houses, which is standard Indian practice — a chart that disagrees with a Western site usually disagrees for that reason. This guide explains why.

We do not take phone consultations, we do not have astrologers on call, and we do not sell gemstones, poojas or dosha removal — nor do we recommend anyone who does, or take a commission from them. If someone contacts you claiming to sell a remedy on our behalf, they are not us.
