Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of Ganakji costs nothing. The birth chart, the full written reading, the dasha timeline, the Mangal dosha verdict with its classical cancellations, the traditional remedies and the 36-point kundli milan are all free, and the parts that are free today stay free.

This policy covers the paid items — the written reports and the extra astrologer questions listed on Pricing.

Every paid item is a one-time purchase of a digital product — a written report, or a pack of further questions. The price is shown in full before you tap anything. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no mandates to cancel.

Question packs are credited the moment the payment clears. Reports are written against your own chart and sent to your email within two working days, usually sooner. Nothing is shipped, so there is no courier and no delivery charge.

Within 7 days of purchase, email us and we refund you. You do not have to say why. We will not ask what was wrong, offer you a replacement instead, or route you through a form.

Send the request to hello@ganakji.com from the address you used at checkout, or include the order reference. The refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days — how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or UPI provider.

After 7 days, write to us anyway. We would rather return the money than keep it from someone who felt short-changed.

Since purchases are one-time and delivered immediately, there is nothing to cancel — a request to cancel is treated as a refund request under section 3. There is no account to close and no subscription to end.

If a payment fails, nothing is charged. If your bank shows an amount held against a failed attempt, it is released automatically, normally within 5–7 business days.

If you were charged twice for the same thing, tell us and we refund the duplicate immediately — this one is not subject to any time limit, since it is our error and not your decision.

We do not sell remedies, gemstones, poojas or dosha removal, so no refund question about them can arise. We do not price anything according to how worrying a chart looks. And we will never make a paid product more likely to appear because a reading came out difficult.
